SAP leads the Human Resources management to mobile devices

The new mobile applications provided through Sybase Unwired Platform, are actually making decisions about human resources in real time through tablets and smartphones

SAP has announced a series of new mobile applications Human Resources aimed at helping companies that offer global support and real-time to their workforce, allowing managers and employees on the go execute applications related to Human Resources.The new SAP mobile applications increase the productivity of employees and managers, while connecting people anytime, anywhere, since that will allow the employees are always connected and available real-time capabilities to run a wide range of Human Resources activities such as interviewing candidates, employee performance management, introduction and approval of applications for permits and access to corporate Key Performance Indicators.
