We need a BI tool, or can do it with Access?

With the new functionality that includes Access 2007, you may get some results similar to those that would give us a tool for Business Intelligence.

If we do not have too much data and our requirements are very demanding and you may have enough with a tool that allows us to organize our information, filter, summarize, access it from different points of view and make some graphs with the results.
